Mobile Intercom - UX/UI Design

  • Challenge: Creat an affordable alternative to expensive intercom systems.

To complete out access control solutions we wanted our user to be able to recieve a call through their mobile intercom and then if they are statisfied with the visitor they can then open the door remotely.

We started with the research and strategy phase from which I then created user journeys and maps to identify the key pain points and suitable features. We then moved on to doing indept competitor analysis to justify our design desicions

I then created the visual design of the app based on the user research and took insperation from apps like Ring and Doorly
