• Challenge:Providing Users with an online portal where they could manage customer/residents access.

This project was the result of the combined efforts of methodical UX research and carefully constructed UI design to deliver a roburst feasible product.

We started with the research and strategy phase from which I then created user journeys and maps to identify the key pain points and suitable features. We then moved on to doing a platform audit on the current platform to identify any pain points

I then created the visual design of the app based on the user research.
